INSURANCE

Please be aware that we are credentialed with different insurances. 

Christin is credentialed  with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and United Healthcare/Optum. 

Kelsie is credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and United Healthcare/Optum.

Victoria is credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.

Manuela is credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.

All therapists accept self-pay.

Since every insurance plan is different, we ask that patients explore their own coverage and are knowledgeable about co-pays and deductibles prior to the first appointment. 

Please make sure that mental health benefits are covered by the stated insurance and not by another insurance plan (e.g. even if the card says BCBS, behavioral health services are sometimes covered by another provider). 

For other insurance companies we are considered "out of network" providers. If you wish to submit charges to your insurance company, the necessary paperwork will be provided to you at your request.  You may want to ask if you have "out-of-network benefits" for mental health services and if so, at what percentage you will be reimbursed for each session. You will be responsible for working with the insurance company in order to obtain payment.
