We offer individual psychotherapy for adults, therapy for children and teens, family therapy, and teletherapy (online counseling). Each treatment is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Your journey begins with a thorough assessment so we can understand your values, needs, and strengths. This helps us create a personalized treatment plan.

We begin with an initial parent session to gather background information. This is followed by individual sessions with your child or teen, and additional parent-guidance sessions as needed. Sessions typically last 45-55 minutes.

Yes! Research shows that teletherapy is just as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. It also offers more flexibility, reduced wait times, and the comfort of meeting from home.

All our therapists are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO plans. Additionally, Kelsie, Sarah, Katie N., and Christin accept United Healthcare/Optum plans. We also offer self-pay options for all clients.

If you have coverage through another insurance provider, we are considered out-of-network. We can provide documentation for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurer about your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates.

Every plan is different. Please verify that your insurance covers mental health services and is not managed by a separate behavioral health provider. Also, check your co-pay, deductible, and coverage details before your first appointment.

  • Initial Assessment (up to 60 min): $200
  • Individual Therapy (30 min): $100
  • Individual Therapy (45 min): $130
  • Individual Therapy (55 min): $160
  • Family Therapy (with or without client, 55 min): $160

Calls over 10 minutes are billed at $30 per additional 10-minute increment.
